FOLLOWING a very popular and successful Thame Carnival in June 2016, the event has raised £3000 for local charities.
A cheque for £2000 went towards the new bench in Southern Road Recreation Ground organised by a young team behind the Megan’s Bench project.
£300 also went to each of the 3 primary school PTFAs : Barley Hill, St Joseph’s and John Hampden. Additionally £100 for E Fotherby World Challenge. Read more on thame.net.
